Back in early 2015 I came up with the idea of a rock 'n' roll burger joint. I'd spent over a decade in the music business managing, touring, promoting and booking bands, and a few of them ended up on my menu.
As a dad, I hated venues that made me feel awkward rocking up with my son. Funnily enough, he now works here. His name's on the sign.
